A few items to organize in preparation for the project:

- If you haven't already created a software account with , please go to https://foodready.ai/pricing and sign up for the free trial of the Ready Package.
- Existing Documentation
- Please send pertinent food safety documentation such as:
(1) Upload documents received from regulatory or retail organizations. (2) upload your process flow description. (3) facility floor plans. (4) laboratory tests. (5) packaging information. (6) process validation. (7) and more.
- Ingredients and Suppliers
- We can upload your list of ingredients suppliers. Please download this Excel
format. Then email the list to: support@foodready.ai.
- Equipment
- For restaurants, please email a list of equipment used to : support@foodready.ai.
- Good Manufacturing Practices (CFR 117 Subpart B)
- For FDA projects, please login to the software. Click the “GMP” tab in the main navigation and answer the questions in the checklist.
- FoodReady Mobile App
- Download the FoodReady Mobile App to start recording on the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Upload photos via the mobile app, clicking the "Project Services" button on the main menu.
