Radojka Barycki is a purpose-driven Food Safety and Quality Professional with more than 20 years of experience leading operational excellence across the food and beverage manufacturing sector. Her expertise spans GFSI programs, ISO 9001, RSPO certification, regulatory compliance, instructional design, and transformational leadership.

Currently serving as Certification Manager for ISO 9001 and RSPO at AIB International, Radojka plays a vital role in promoting food integrity and sustainability across global supply chains. She previously held key leadership positions at Safe Food Alliance and SCS Global Services, where she directed training and consulting services that helped manufacturers, auditors, and regulators strengthen their food safety systems.

A scientist by training and a mentor by calling, Radojka’s background includes B.S. in Bioanalysis from the Central University of Venezuela and an M.S. in Agriculture with a focus on Food Science and Nutrition from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo. Her professional foundation was built through hands-on quality roles at companies such as The Coca-Cola Company, PepsiCo, and Mozzarella Fresca, where she implemented quality systems, managed audits, and led cross-functional teams.

As the founder of RDR Global Partners, Radojka expanded her impact by coaching food professionals and developing food safety management systems for diverse manufacturing environments. She is also an experienced instructional designer who has built technical training programs using tools like Articulate 360 and Storyline, supporting adult learning in complex regulatory contexts.

In addition to her technical acumen, Radojka is a certified Conscious Leadership Mentor, blending emotional intelligence and intuitive strategy to develop resilient, values-aligned teams in high-pressure environments. Her holistic approach ensures not only regulatory compliance but also enduring culture change in the organizations she supports.
