Suhina Fitzpatrick is a food safety and food manufacturing professional with 15 years of hands-on experience spanning food production, quality assurance, technical management, research and development, and plant operations. Her career spans bakery, ready-to-eat and frozen foods, nutritional supplements, and FMCG manufacturing, giving her a practical understanding of food production from product development through to commercial manufacture.
Throughout her career, Suhina has managed food safety and quality systems, production teams, new product development, supplier management, internal and supplier audits, traceability, CAPA, and regulatory compliance. She holds an Honors Degree in Food Science and has trained professionally in HACCP, GMP, GFSI, FSSC 22000 and OSHA.
In senior technical and operational roles, she has worked closely with major retailers and manufacturing teams, helping businesses strengthen food safety systems while improving day-to-day production performance.
