With a bachelor’s degree in Business, a master’s degree in Psychology, and leadership training, Sam combines technical knowledge with a people-centered approach to food safety management. Rather than relying on costly external hires, he helps companies develop existing employees into capable SQF practitioners through bilingual (English/Spanish) support and cloud-based food safety systems.
Beyond food safety consulting, Sam is involved in specialty coffee sourcing and international trade through 503 Cafécito and My Pour Over, connecting coffee producers in El Salvador directly with U.S. roasters and coffee shops.
